Registering for online classes at Washington State is easy!

Registration > New Students

If you are not a registered student at Washington State, please complete an online application form to enroll as a student before signing up for any courses online.

  1. Complete the online Application for Admission.

    It takes 1-2 weeks to process your application. You will receive an acceptance letter, the placement assessment dates available, and registration information by mail as soon as possible. The placement assessment is used for advising students who need to enroll in Math or English classes. If you have any questions or require any immediate assistance, please contact Rebecca Peroni at admissions@wscc.edu.
  2. When your application has been accepted, you will receive your Washington State WebMail (E-mail) Account (i.e. smithj1@wscc.edu), ID/password and instructions for checking your e-mail online in the mail.
  3. Registration for online classes (as well as on-campus courses), requires access to WebAdvisor. To set up a WebAdvisor account, go to www.wscc.edu and then click on WebAdvisor. Follow the instructions under I'm new to WebAdvisor. Continue to follow the instructions, and your WebAdvisor password will be sent to your WSCC e-mail address.

    IMPORTANT: Your WebAdvisor username and password will be different from your WSCC e-mail username and password.
  4. You are now ready to register for any online or on-campus courses at Washington State.

Registration > Existing students without access to Web Advisor

If you are an existing student, and do not have access to WebAdvisor, please follow these six steps to enroll in an online class.

  1. Registration for online classes (as well as on-campus courses), requires access to WebAdvisor.

    To set up a WebAdvisor account, go to www.wscc.edu and then click on WebAdvisor / Online Registration. Follow the instructions under Web Advisor for Students, click on I Agree, then click on I'm new to WebAdvisor.

    Continue to follow the instructions. Your WebAdvisor password will be sent to your WSCC e-mail address.

    IMPORTANT: Your WebAdvisor username and password will be different from your WSCC e-mail username and password.
  2. Visit WebAdvisor to check course availability.
  3. Click on 'I agree' and select 'Express.' If you know the call ID number of the course from the college catalog or click on 'Search and Register'.
  4. Select Term to get a list of all courses in a Quarter.
  5. Select the course(s) that you are interested in, and click on "Submit."
  6. Contact the Business Office at (740)568-1905 to make the necessary payment arrangements.

    Payment arrangements must be made to hold your seat in any class.

Registration > Existing Students with access to Web Advisor

If you are an existing student, and have access to WebAdvisor, please follow these five steps to enroll in an online class.

  1. Visit WebAdvisor and then click on Quarterly Course Listing to check course availability.
  2. Click on 'I agree' and select 'Express.' If you know the call ID number of the course from the college catalog or click on 'Search and Register'.
  3. Select Term to get a list of all courses in a Quarter.
  4. Select the course(s) that you are interested in, and click on "Submit."
  5. Contact the Business Office at (740)568-1905 to make the necessary payment arrangements.

    Payment arrangements must be made to hold your seat in any class.
